Most of the calls received by our technical support center are the result of configuration settings on our customers' machines. The most common configuration problem is conflicting security software. The second most-common problem is conflicting network settings, which are occasionally configured to permit a computer to operate in only one location (for example: connected to a corporate network).

Our networks are designed to give quality signal to all apartments and hotel rooms within the building. It's rare that our technical support team hears of problems due to low signal strength, but some wireless cards simply don't perform as well as others.

We suggest you run through the basic steps found in our troubleshooting guides, which will fix many of these problems quickly and easily.
